For a completely online business, the lack of flexibility on working from home (especially during bad winter storm days) wasn't great. Management definitely needs some education on mental health and how an employer can aid their employees through symptoms.

Upper management and supervisors are best friends outside of work and talk smack about the employees . They try to intimidate employees with their positions and when you need their support they call you names behind your back or eye roll you. They got their positions NOT based on experience but because there was very few people to choose from
