As the company got bought out, the light of the company started to disappear and quality of their mission was no longer there

Pros

The founders of this company had an awesome idea in an extremely tough market. They take great care of their employees from what I have seen since I have started. Providing breakfast and lunches, team building events, competitive pay and fair benefits. The atmosphere of the company is very welcoming and when you start you have team members that help you every step of the way to learn their company policies, customer service techniques, the terms and conditions of the home warranties as well as their customer software. The owner, management are very approachable even from a starting position. If you have an idea it is addressed and passed on. Being in a start up is tough but the situation is what you make of it. You either help make tough situations better by working hard and providing a solution or you stare at your phone all day while others work their butts off.

Cons

Customers tend to be the only con to this job but that is the job with home warranty is providing the best service you can. You cannot please everyone and there are always going to be those who think they are entitled to more and are let down when they realize the world does not revolve around them.
