Flexibility depends on the project you are working for. English teaching. Paid conferences. Annual bonus.
Cons
Not everyone has the chance to go on conferences. Some projects are really bad to work (too much pressure, managers that like to control your working hours, legacy code). People that are really awesome in tech, sometimes are not fair rewarded. It is not a good place to thrive in career.
