Great team spirit. Clear targets. Doing more and more manufacturing in-house which is good for everyone. Enjoying working for a progressive company that is growing year on year.
Cons
The premises are creaking at the seams which is really beginning to hamper us. There is limited space in the offices and warehouse and this is getting worse as more machines are installed.
