None to report! However, if I had to give a suggestion on what we can do 'better' perhaps find a way to communicate our impact on Canadian SMBs. Example, we know we’re helping small businesses, but we aren't always great at proving it with hard facts. I’d like us to get better at showing exactly how much of a difference we’re making for our clients (because we know we do!)

Very personal and individual attention to each situation. Management is very friendly, understanding and supportive. Strong work-life balance due to fully remote work.

There is not much place for professional growth however the benefits, the work-life balance and work environment make up for it.
