Pros
Flexibility to do a lot of the things you would like to without direction, any hours are pretty flexible because no one shows up early
Cons
Terrible communication between employees, lack of process, some troubling decisions are made or ignored by management. Lack of personnel and talents in many areas. On average most employees seem to quit within a year. There's also a general lack of care for quality and the end customers.
