      Pros

      Some good people to work with. International company that could make pooling of expertise very beneficial to learning. There is good potential to make a difference here.

      Cons

      The factory buildings are old and in a poor state and the factory position in Ramsgate makes it difficult to get to.

      Pros

      I gained valuable experience in my career field, which I will be able to carry with me throughout my career. They helped with housing aswell.

      Cons

      I think the only real con was that I was not able to get a reply back from management when I reached out the following summer.
