Pros
After some time, the people become somewhat bearable and you might find some people decent enough to talk to and make the long hours go faster. They have a couple of free hot drink vendors, not that they taste good but at least they are free. They also have some cold drink vendors and food vendors, but be wary of the food expiration dates.
Cons
Depending on the area that you work on, my personal experience is from the QC dept. Most of my colleagues don't speak English, they mostly communicate in Polish or Romanian, and they often speak to each other in their language, it can sometimes be annoying when you are the only one in the room who doesn't understand the language. It's loud, this may not be an issues for those who are familiar with the warehouse atmosphere, but it took me sometime to adjust, the people are loud and sometimes rude, there is the constant sound of machinery as well. The toilets, there are about 5 cubicles for around 200 women to use, so you can imagine what that is like, however the cleaners are all very nice and hard-working. The shifts are very long- 12 hours for QC, of course this can be exhausting, the money isn't the best either, under 25k annum. I hear a lot of people mention about politics within the workplace, this is quite apparent, most of the people in power are Polish and its most likely that Polish people get promoted to better job areas,
