Pros
Great company to work for, good opportunities for growth, good atmosphere, open door policy. Great team to work with. Management always willing to train and share their knowledge.
Cons
Because of the fast paced of this type of industry, things can get a little bit stressing, specially if you don't have the set of skill needed to perform the job or zero time management skill. Although this is not necessarily a cons, because you can take such experiences as a really good opportunity to learn and grow.
