- Be prepared for micromanagement! A few senior employees with inflated egos want to have complete control over every single thing that others work on. - No work life balance. It's remote, so they expect you to be at their beck and call 24x7. I had 'leaders' asking me to join calls spontaneously, as late as 11 PM, with no prior intimation! - The UI looks like it was designed in 2011. It's a 3rd rate copy of hubspot. There is no creativity, just cut and paste. - Uninspiring colleagues. It's a sweatshop where everyone blindly takes orders and executes without thinking. I felt my brain cells decaying in every conversation.
