Pros

Fleetops has been a wonderful company. Several things are worth pointing out that I consider being great reasons to work here. My fellow team members have been wonderful in helping me get set up and hit the ground running. Fleetops does fun and interesting things such as having a weekly fun time hour every week where the team gets together to chat and play games. The hiring process was also a great experience for me. It was quick and wasn't bothersome. All expectations were made clear throughout the entire process. I've met some of the most talented people here at Fleetops. It's also given me the opportunity for both lateral and upward career development. I look forward to a great career at Fleetops by achieving the expectations placed in front of me.

Cons

I don't have much to say about the cons. It's a great place to work.

Pros

The people at FleetOps are intelligent and capable to bring great products to market. The work is ambiguous with tons of room to add value to the collective team through your individual contributions.

Cons

You will be expected to pivot quickly as priorities change. This isn't a con but more of a reality of working at a startup.
