Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm happy that we've succeeded in making this an organization that you enjoy working at. Your feedback on rapid change causing confusion is being taken to heart and is also being shared with other managers at the org. I think we've improved on this front and are continuing to do so but I recognize that we still have some work to do.
