Okay - Anonymous employee Flex Manager Employee Review

- Great company to work for back in the day - Used to be very flexible, was great for families - Diverse team, with many nationalities represented - Has some very sound staff, with great personalities and banter - Staff night outs were immense fun

- Not as flexible as it used to be, much stricter - Have witnessed colleagues getting shouted and sworn at - Some in senior management, one department head in particular, do not treat their staff with respect. Snark, condescension, ignoring questions, etc. - Releases have progressively gotten worse. Repeated delays, last-minute changes, poor downward communication, working on multiple projects simultaneously, etc. Expect to work late nights -Salaries are average, with no meaningful benefits
