      Pros

      The employees really care about each other and it's awesome to see.

      Cons

      Since being sold to ILC Dover, every change that has been made has been to make ILC Dover's pockets and the Executive Team's pockets lined. there is no professional development, constant rotating staff including on the Leadership team, and they said the benefits would be getting better but have just gotten worse. All to save a buck.

      Pros

      Benefits are pretty decent. 4 day work week for most.

      Cons

      Since being acquired by Ingersoll Rand. There has been a lack of leadership in the Chicago facility. Morale is all time low. Everyone is unhappy. There is no opportunity for growth. Overworked and underpaid. Horrible communication all around.
