      Poor Insurance No career advancement No one wants to assist, always blame the next person or person before them Middle Management is not trained Cannot stand up for themselves against clients Entire business portfolio revolves around 70% of one client Multiple rounds of layoffs over the course of 2 years

      Pros

      Benefits are pretty decent. 4 day work week for most.

      Cons

      Since being acquired by Ingersoll Rand. There has been a lack of leadership in the Chicago facility. Morale is all time low. Everyone is unhappy. There is no opportunity for growth. Overworked and underpaid. Horrible communication all around.
