There is constant growth with the company

Employee structure can be confusing at times

Benefits are pretty decent. 4 day work week for most.

Since being acquired by Ingersoll Rand. There has been a lack of leadership in the Chicago facility. Morale is all time low. Everyone is unhappy. There is no opportunity for growth. Overworked and underpaid. Horrible communication all around.
