- Employee policies are completely biased and unfair within the organisation. - No adequate WFH or leaves or flexibility to maintain your personal life - Office timings are usually of 12 hours at minimum - Everything is at the Founders discretion and it is useless raising concerns to the HR as the issues are never highlighted or passed onto them - No team culture or team building activities or employee engagement
