      Pros

      The working environment is generally okay, and most colleagues are friendly and easy to work with.

      Cons

      Employees are often forced to work overtime. The company is understaffed, so employees frequently need to support tasks outside of their actual job scope. The management, especially the general manager, does not seem to appreciate or value their employees. There is also a high employee turnover rate, with many staff leaving the company frequently.
