Flight 001 is amazing! The founders are in office and keep to their open-door policy. The culture is perfect if you have always had an interest in other countries or are constantly learning or traveling. Flight 001 offers a stipend for traveling to a country you've never been to available once a year or more.

These cons, in my experience, are not unique to Flight 001 but rather some very consistent issues in today's workplaces. Communication can sometimes be lacking inter-office and direction could be improved on. On the brightside, the "open-door" policy is a place where it has been easy to bring those concerns forth. As a medium sized business that feels quite small, the feel is ever changing.
