Pros

- If you're interested in a customer service career, this is a good place to start. Flight CX has a customer service training that I think was useful and the coaches are nice, patient and will answer all your questions. - You can work from home or anywhere with good internet. - The management team is usually open for advice and suggestions. - The Flight CX community is really nice. There will be some fun team activities.

Cons

- When you're a newbie, some of the managers aren't always patient. - Once you are placed in a company and finish all the trainings, you may get fairly isolated (depending on the placement). I found myself working for hours and hours barely talking to anybody, which I personally didn't love. - Get ready to work several hours sitting in front of a computer on a fairly strict schedule. - The payment is not always great, especially knowing that you don't really get a lot of benefits and work from home with your own internet and equipment (not sure if that has changed now). This company will pay you based on the basic salary of the country you live in (I learned that US representatives make more money than South American reps). - You might have to work during Hollidays.
