Strong recognition within the business aviation community. Top notch equipment, nice facilities, high-end clients who appreciate good service. Above all absolutely no compromises on safety!

Top leadership is both incompetent and unbalanced, runs the organization with a very short leash--'my way or the highway' mentality. Employees treated with little or no respect at almost all levels - like commodities rather than people. No meaningful communication down with employees and very little guidance / support provided. CEO resigned and left company in mid 2009 with no notice to employees, and other execs left suddenly after that with little or no explanation---one within just a few days of starting. Regret ever taking this job and glad to be somewhere else now..
