Management Problem - ECommerce Specialist Flimty Employee Review

One of the biggest advantages of working in this company is the supportive and friendly colleagues. Team members are generally willing to help each other, making daily tasks easier and creating a positive work atmosphere. However, this strength can also become a weakness. The strong reliance on peer support means that if someone does not have close connections or friends within the team, it can be difficult to work effectively. In such cases, employees may struggle to access information, assistance, or collaboration needed to perform their duties well.

In my opinion, the company’s structure is still not clearly defined, and the SOPs that are supposed to regulate all employees are not consistently implemented. The higher the position, the less binding the rules seem to be. For example, some leaders often arrive late and do not follow the proper procedure when requesting leave or absence. Hm, where do i begin ya? Please read and consider the other negative reviews, that was literally what happened and still happening now at the company. if u're willing to risk your mental health working here, at least deamdn for ''MORE'' salary during the interview (considering the trauma u're gonna get lol) but personally, prioritize ur mental health, i know every job has its own struggle/difficulties, but at least find a job that makes u happy eventually. working here didn't give me any benefits. The management constantly change everythin last minute lol. they said ''changes of process everyday'' but every week will be new changes. Expected to still join meeting and doing work while on leave and on medical leave
