      I learned what I did not want out of a career through my experience at working at Flip

      Cons

      Constant layoffs, lies, and it's so obvious the owner will sell the company soon. That's what he does, starts businesses and sells them. Not sure why anyone would buy this company though, it will never be a sustaining business.

      Pros

      snacks and drinks, able to listen to audiobooks/music on own device as long as work is to done. Company celebrated birthdays

      Cons

      Long hours, short breaks, music was one song on repeat (usually), if there was no music it was painfully quiet
