If you are comfortable being challenged, then Flipt is for you. On my 2nd day in, I was assigned tasks, and I was a bit nervous about completing them correctly. I soon learned it's a true start-up environment. You need to be resourceful and an independent thinker. Not be afraid to make mistakes to learn. I've learned so much in my short time here.
