Flexibility (mostly remote) and job freedom doing the role. Slow-pace environment without rushing into solutions but giving time to implement solutions. Non judgemental environment. Good chances for mentorship and good leaders guidance.
Cons
Heaviling unstable and following the C-levels/investors mood to take decisions. In the last years they cut travel budget, education budget, team events, company parties, promotions. The company is also getting older in term of average age per employee. Got more structured making more challenging to have caree growth opportunities. C-level's sudden and frequent strategic shifts are forcing HR to make constant overnight changes, creating a turbulent and inconsistent company culture.
