Pros
Overall young company, nice culture and still have lots of contact from C-Level. Good work-life balance and remote work is a plus.
Cons
Payment wise is not totally transparent. There are no ranges with real numbers (benchmark) available for the different levels of seniority. No bonus and the overall benefits are most of the cases short when compared with what other companies offer.
