Typical start-up problems: expectations are absolutely outrageous. All employees are expected to do the job of multiple positions, especially the accounting department. I left when they asked us to start working 11 hour days for no additional compensation.

It is a very fast paced environment and you must be ready to hit the ground running but everybody is really has a team mentality and will help in any way they can to see you succeed.
