Leadership Driven by Bias, Not Merit - Education Account Executive FloWater Employee Review

I came from an education sales background and have never encountered such an unprofessional and inequitable work environment. My background, experience, and contributions were disregarded entirely. Management systematically funneled all sales opportunities to a single account executive someone who wasn’t even based in my state, demonstrating blatant favoritism. This individual, along with management regularly portrayed themselves as the most critical members of the team, despite relying exclusively on company-provided leads rather than generating their own business. Compounding this issue, managements behavior was consistently abrasive and unprofessional, creating a hostile and demoralizing work environment that made effective collaboration nearly impossible. At educational conferences, management was visibly intoxicated, which further undermined the company’s credibility and created a deeply uncomfortable professional atmosphere.
