      Pros

      The healing environment. Mindful, relaxed clients. Amazing staff! Such lovely humans. Management is laid back, empowering, and super supportive. One of the healthiest workplaces ever.

      Cons

      Minimum wage is not ideal but when you factor in all the float floats and discounted services, it totally makes up for it!

      - the people are seriously amazing - working in a calm, relaxing, healing space - easy tasks - unlimited floats!

      Cons

      The location is on Hastings St in Gastown, so getting to/from work could feel a bit sketchy at times.

      Pros

      Float House Abbotsford had a friendly, welcoming, and peaceful environment perfect for this spa centre. The owner of this business was encouraging, professional and gave her employees the trust and confidence needed to succeed. For these reasons, this spa was an excellent place to work and visit as a customer.

      Cons

      The business was not able to make enough money to stay afloat so the business was sold.
