Pros
The agency is growing and very ambitious. It managed to acquire many new clients because of the strong creative capabilities. It is one of the best places to learn and grow especially in the competitive agency field, as the management is giving you ways you can develop yourself even more beyond your assigned role. This combination makes the whole network well known amongst the growing local agencies field.
Cons
Per my experience and the testimony I got from my friends on the network, the account team needs major overhaul in terms of client managing capabilities. They're not used to make Job Requests nor Proper Client Brief. They're not as tactful thus costing many stress in Strategy and Creative team.
