      Great leadership and upstanding values that they truly live by. The founder is absolutely fantastic and lives by her servant leadership values every day.

      Cons

      It's a start up environment coming out of a global pandemic, so the growth opportunities can be limited initially

      Pros

      This is truly an amazing company that deserves MORE than 5 stars. The way Flock DC "does business" IS different - it's impressive! Internal leadership has continued to impress me - they're consistently approachable and professional and their authenticity shines through because they act intentionally with empathy and support. I am able to deliver best in class service because of they way they run the company and motivate the entire team.

      Cons

      No cons related to the company itself. It's just the nature of the industry...property management, which means there is never a dull moment.
