This allows us to take into consideration of a wide variety of opinions. The atmosphere is young, open, and energetic.
Cons
Not really a con, but really for those who are considering joining Auptix. This is a start-up so it is a constantly changing environment when it comes to process and procedure. You have to be able to adapt and be able to shift focus quickly to meet the needs of the organization.
