Pros
Flock used to be a fabulous place to work. Things were tough, but the people made it worth it every single day. The D&I initiatives, the laughs we'd share, and just all around it felt like we were working towards this amazing common goal. I was excited to tell people about Flock. Now I just regret hiring all of these smart, well intentioned people.
Cons
Oren. Take this man's soapbox away. I know CEO's are not good people, but this guy is truly the saddest. He has a great idea, but he gets in his own way. The shortest All-Hands he ever did is the one where he read from a script to lay people off right before the holidays. Even in that call, he blamed the employees, not himself. The culture. Candidates, if you sign with Flock, join a work clique asap with leadership. This may be the only thing to protect you from losing your job. Leadership lacks EQ, and will not listen to you. Oren, your employees do not respect you, because you HAVE NOT earned it. Candidates, do not sign here. You might be struggling post layoff, you may think this is your only option, it's NOT!! Know your worth a little and do not settle for less than you deserve. Flock is not what it used to be, and it's not what you deserve.
