The people you work with are mostly nice, good hours, flexible schedule, overtime, able to makeup hours, good pay.

Owners don’t know how to run a business, people you work with will complain about everything and refuse to help each other, owners and co-workers constantly blame others for their mistakes. Management screams at employees and each other, making a hostile work environment. Doesn’t care about employees. No appreciation or recognition for effort put in or work done. Everything is expected. Management looks down on those under them and talks down to them as well as plays favorites and is very rude.

clean, quiet working enviornment with only one shift, no ones job is too physically demanding but the treatment from managment is lacking

money is being spent to improve market shares and overall business. putting money in to the business is progress, but employees are left out of this prosess. no raises no reviewes, ???
