      Pros

      There are lots of amazing people who want to see the company do well. We work hard and play hard.

      Cons

      Pay is extremely low for the industry. It is also low for the expectations that they have. Management has severe conflicts of interest that impact the services the members receive. The environment can be extremely hostile if you don't always agree, and often things get overlooked in favor of doing what's cool. With recent changes in leadership, unlimited PTO is being monitored, and employees are not being treated as people.

      Pros

      Remote work environment (flexibility, autonomy, the real deal), building for small business owners and creators (an incredible community), + an incredible team (everyone here is at the top of their game).

      Cons

      We tend to travel quite a bit (which I don't mind, but for some I could see how that might not be a good fit) and being remote certainly isn't for everyone.

      Collaborative Environment- Everyone is so happy to help each other and work together to find solutions Flexibility- We work remotely and have unlimited PTO! A Great Mission- Who wouldn't feel good help small businesses make their dreams come true? Start Up Chaos- You get to make impactful decisions and help establish how your department grows without waiting 6 months for approval

      Cons

      Remote work- It can be lonely working remotely and trying to get to know everyone Every Changing- As with all start ups things change fast and often so you have to be built for that
