Pros
Tight knit - if you can be in one of the cliques there - you will be treated well. Small company. Newer technology. They do a lot to try to bring the team together. Most employees have been there a very long time. I found most to be very friendly and dedicated to help the company do well and I really enjoyed working with them. There are some good apples here - great people that I'm glad I met and got to know.
Cons
Very negative environment for sales. Company is solely focused on professional services and engineering and sales is viewed in a negative and poor light. Past and present sales team spoken extremely negative about which I found inappropriate. Existing sales people are threatened by new salespeople and try to undermine them to keep their jobs safe. I've spoken to many ex-employees who had the same experience I had. Just go on Linked in and find PCMS or Flooid and ask. Sales is the scape goat for engineering and professional services which rule over everything and get all the awards and accolades. Sales also is underfunded and any advice is taken as being negative which makes it very hard to do your job. Also - if you are a remote employee - its a very tough environment to do well as no one really sees your hard work and you won't be recognized. Best to work full time out of the office in Cincinnati so you are seen and can get resources when you need them.
