Cons
Your boss can change a lot & they don't realize what job you do & how you do it. Some bosses know book knowledge but not the praticallity of actually doing it, I don't feel all the bosses back the employees up when dealing w/the customers. They put a new plan into motion without thinking out all the cenerios that could happen & say we will cross that bridge when we come to it.
