There is a salary discrepancy among team members, and meetings are occasionally excessive, taking away from other tasks.

One time the whole sales team quit at once because no-one was buying.

Stopped providing 401k contributions, WFH stipends, insurance contributions. Constant threat of layoffs. High management turnover (8 different managers in 4 years). Women are belittled and punished. Terrible product and lackluster sales.
