Hard to sell the product

I do not recommend this company. They can terminate your employment without notice and without paying any severance or compensation. The way employees are treated is disappointing and unprofessional. If you're looking for a stable workplace, I'd think twice before joining.

Employees can be laid off without notice, and no severance or compensation is provided. Management lacks transparency, and there is little job security.
