Some friendly and smart people, good project idea overall, well situated offices, I was always paid on time.
Cons
Weak technology, unclear positioning, shady business overall, low salaries compared to the market as well as low to no bonus for most employees. Most people are actually looking for opportunities to leave and do so as soon as they can.
