      1. Not good in hiring managers , micromanager who’s toxic is in team 2. Has no clear process in handling things 3. Racism 4. Managers decision are blindly accepted without any validation 5. Poor customer experience which will be covered with great marketing

      Good pay, nice exposure, new ideas to learn

      Cons

      Toxic management in Qatar (the position is higher than the actual competnecies and skills) also a lot of politics in central team, especially in Marketing.
