Chaotic, offshoring many positions - Software Architect Fluence Employee Review

Very chaotic management Unclear expectations Steep learning curve in many areas with very little direction or help in obtaining resources and pertinent information. Too much emphasis over speed of delivery leading to many poor decisions with huge impacts. At times, very frustrating place to work, despite many great people working there. Leadership and management can be very disorganized at time. They struggle working in an Agile environment (don't really know what they are doing). Very steeped in DEI and have been replacing many of their senior engineers with DEI hires or a lot of offshoring.
