Pros

The work environment at Fluent Forever is supportive and inclusive, and the company is committed to creating a workplace that is welcoming and respectful for all employees. The company values diversity and promotes a culture of inclusion, which makes it a great place where everyone can thrive.

Cons

While the team is spread out across the globe, we've found that the lack of in-person interactions can be a challenge. However, to stay connected, the online team-building activities and fun monthly culture initiatives have helped us build a strong sense of camaraderie and collaboration, even when we're not all in the same physical space.

Pros

This is hands down the best company I've worked for! Sure, the salary is competitive and the benefits are great, but beyond that they've managed to build a positive, fun, and inclusive company culture that makes working every day a lot of fun. The company values diversity and encourages everyone to bring their authentic selves to work. I know a lot of companies say this nowadays but Fluent Forever is the only place I've seen that really embodies this and treats their employees as people first and employees second. It's a fully remote company but they do a good job of mixing in team building activities to your daily work that after a short period of time you really get to know your coworkers despite being so spread out across the globe. As a software developer, there are plenty of opportunities for you to grow and learn new things. Management does a great job of balancing the need to meet business objectives with a freedom that allows developers to innovate and explore tech that interests them.

Cons

As a young company, sometimes I feel that operating procedures for my role aren't documented or structured as well as I would like, but this is improving, and I expect it won't be an issue much longer.
