Pros
They don't drug test, if that's a pro for you. About all I can think of
Cons
The entire business model is unsustainable: selling an unnecessary product door-to-door at an enormous premium. The financial choices made by upper management implied that the company was struggling financially (or they’re just really, really cheap.) Truly does not value their customers or non-sales employees. Customers are locked into ridiculously long contracts and customer service basically has to tell them they are SOL if they want to cancel. How much they value their employees is evident in non-competitive pay (you could make several more dollars for the same amount of work elsewhere.) The sales reps, as the moneymakers, can get away with murder. There is a complete disregard for ethical sales practices, including those surrounding appropriate licensure and credit reporting. An HR trainwreck: who you are friends with/dating/related to is a factor in hiring and promotions. The company culture is reminiscent of the cliques in high school. Management makes promises to employees that they cannot keep in terms of pay, benefits etc. while expecting lower-level employees to do work well outside of their job description. Any upward growth is only because of their terrible employee retention levels.
