Pros

Free tea and coffee, but most companies offer that.

Cons

Awful commission structure. No sick pay. Very high stress environment. Everyone is miserable all the time. Car park is literally a building site. The whole place is just full of nervous energy and anxiety. No communication

Sorry to see your review and your comments - we acknowledge that the environment can sometimes be stressful but this is reflective of the industry we work in, it can't be smooth sailing all the time, and you get out what you put in.

Pros

I don’t write reviews lightly. I research restaurants for 45 minutes before committing to dinner. So when I say I love working here, that’s a data-backed emotional conclusion. You’re trusted with responsibility, encouraged to think critically, and given space to stretch. You’re expected to do great work, and you’re supported while you figure out how to do it even better. The pace can be fast, especially as the company grows. Priorities evolve, opportunities appear out of nowhere. Personally, I find that energising. If you prefer predictability, it might stretch you. If you like momentum and results, you’ll thrive.

Cons

No yearly pay review against performance (but i guess thats what the bonus systems are for!). Maternity pay should be implemented, no current scheme.

Pros

First impressions seem great. Friday lunches once per month provided

Cons

No pay review. Bonus is hard to achieve. Micro management without any substance. Lack of communication. Pressure with lack of support. Poor management. Some management speak to you like crap without looking at factual information first. School playground behaviour.
