- Late pay - Incorrect pay (always short) - The people in charge are all friends in one way or another and thats why they're in the positions they're in, not because of experience and competence. - next to zero SOP's or cares about the well being of their labourers. them boys were walking up ridiculous extension ladders onto ice covered roofs in kicks without fall protection.
