      - Salary delay is a common practice for years. Have an emi to pay? dont join - Variable pay is a joke and pending for years - No appraisal for senior bands - Over 100 employees laid off in 2025 - Work life balance? Bye bye - Sodexo, epf payments delayed - Form 16 delayed beyond last date of ITR Filing

      There no pros except it is based in vizag for local people it is good ..may be

      Poor Hr policy . There will be no proper training during joining time , no one will respond in time late delivery of products Salary will come in middle of the month Notice period is 90 days and f and f they will take 6 months to release One of the worst company to work Recommended to not join and ruin your career
