There is no medical insurance, PF , ESIC. You have to sign a bond of year worth of 1 lakh. Your first month of salary will be kept as a deposit with the company and salary cycle is 10th of every month. Mobiles are not allowed inside the office and no freedom of work. Too much work pressure and mgt will monitor throught cameras. Hire and fire is contineous process. They will fire you without serving notice period.so i will not recommend this company for freshers as well as experience.
