Good to start with as they seem to choose projects based on the current market scenario and constantly keep reaching out to potential big money clients. Smaller team so getting work done is quicker. Completely Remote.
Cons
Poor Management and things appear to be fishy at times. No transparency between employees as everything has to happen via the founders. Primitive in terms of corporate culture as seniors are referred to as Sir/Madam. Poor Hiring process. No HR team or any such hierarchy in management. Everything is handled by the founders and it is more like a family business. It is basically a hire and fire policy. They mostly hire freshers with a less salary, look to get work done by inexperienced people and expect a very high standard when it comes to delivering results.
