Pros
I have been with Fluidic for quite some time and have seen it grow from a small start up to a "proper" SME, with all the joys (and pains) that brings. During this entire process the Company has demonstrated that the employees are its most valuable asset, and has pursued a high-quality hiring process and the drive to get the optimal performance out of every individual. The Company's technology is exciting and the goals highly ambitious, which makes Fluidic a highly attractive employer for people who are excited by technological progress and are thriving to make a difference to life science - and soon - clinical research.
Cons
As with every growing Company there were some teething problems... Processes took time and effort to be developed and implemented, new skills had to be acquired, teams reformed. Sometimes people ended up in the wrong positions, sometimes people in the right position left.
